Nursey Shark Tea Time

Ahoy there mateys!!  Learn how to be a pirate at our very own Pirate School and make your own pirate-themed crafts to take away.  We promise you’ll have a jolly good old time shipmate!

Get up close and personal with our creepy crawly residents, and learn more about these fascinating creatures and their habits.  You can even get your picture taken with these fearsome friends!

For young and old alike – get into the spirit with a fishy face of your own!  You can pick to have an aquatic themed design, a pirate a mermaid or even something completely non-water related! Free for 16 and unders and only £2 for adults.

Of all the things to do in Skegness, we think that observing an octopus feeding has to be about the most exciting and different that you can get!  At the Octopus feeding and interactive session in the Treasure Island zone, you can get up close and personal to our tentacled friend, learning all about him and observing his eating habits.

Watch the inhabitants of our biggest tank get their daily feed, including hand feeding of the sharks and rays by our divers!  This is where our tank really comes to life with a fantastic spectacle of multi-coloured tropical marine life.

This is where we are very proud to have bred our very own baby bamboo catsharks, the first hatched on Christmas Eve 2016! The parents still live there with other colourful and beautiful species, and you can learn all about them in our daily feeding and talk sessions.

*Disclaimer – Talk and presentation times may vary. Please check with a member of staff during your visit, who will be happy to inform you of the days shows and times.
